Qualifications
Essential criteria
1. Clinical Professional Registration (E.g. NMC, Allied Health Professional)
2. First degree or equivalent in a health-related subject
3. Continuing professional development and reflective profile
Desirable criteria
1. Master's or equivalent in a health-related subject OR Equivalent training and on the job experience
2. Quality Improvement Certification
3. PRINCE 2 or equivalent
4. Formal leadership and management training
Experience
Essential criteria
1. Management and Leadership experience within the NHS or similar
2. Experience in clinical risk management
3. Experience in delivering and implementing new policies, procedures, and ways of working
4. Recent clinical experience and experience of daily operational working in a service setting
5. Experience of managing staff from different professional backgrounds
Desirable criteria
1. Knowledge and Experience of DCB 0129 and DCB 0160
2. Experience of implementing Trust wide Digital Health Applications and IT Systems
