Assistant Quantity surveyor

Your new role
* Assist in the preparation of cost estimates and budgets for construction projects
* Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with project specifications
* Support the preparation of tender documents and contract administration
* Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure accurate cost control
* Assist in the evaluation of subcontractor quotations and preparation of payment applications
* Maintain accurate records of project costs and financial reports
What you'll need to succeed
1. Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, or a related field
2. Previous experience in a similar role working with a consultancy
3. Strong analytical and numerical skills
