Customer Service Representative needed in Cardiff, £12.39ph PAYE - Reference: RQ1354086 You will be working as part of a team providing an effective business support and administrative service, supporting the training officers with the procurement and organising of training. Part of the daily duties will consist of working alongside the training officers to organise all the training courses, promoting these across children’s services and looking after the bookings on the internal system. You will be responsible for maintaining databases and help provide statistical figures/reports when necessary. You must have the ability to work as part of a team, showing a willingness to assist others but also being able to work independently and prioritise your own workload. On occasions you will be asked to undertake work at short notice providing simple reports so knowledge of using Microsoft programs is desirable. There will be a requirement to attend the office in office at least once a week. You will also be expected to attend the office when there is training course taking place to help set up the rooms, refreshments, make sure all the paperwork is ready and escort the delegates attending training from reception to the training rooms. This is a part time role on a temporary contract basis.
