Morson Talent is currently recruiting on behalf of an industry-leading healthcare company for 2 Product Specialist positions. These exciting opportunities will support the growth of their Surgical or Critical Care portfolios across the UK and Ireland. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of local and national tenders, driving product growth, and maximizing sales opportunities within the field.

You'll be joining a dynamic, supportive team and have the chance to influence strategic growth across the UK and Ireland.
This role also comes with a 25% bonus and £7k car allowance.
This role is fully remote with expected travel.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Act as the field-level product and price expert, optimizing offers for tenders and driving success on local and national submissions.
2. Maximize product sales and profitability while supporting Account Managers, Business Development Managers, and Clinical Support Specialists.
3. Drive customer acquisition and assist in product launches within the field.
4. Provide valuable insights into market, customer, and competitor activities to help shape future product strategy.
5. Support the development of accurate marketing materials and manage local marketing content across various channels.
6. Deliver product training at national meetings, regional meetings, and team calls.
7. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the UKI portfolio plan aligns with the broader EMEA strategy, with clear KPIs and full team buy-in.
Skills & Experience Required:
1. Minimum 4 years of experience in the medical device or healthcare sector, with a focus on sales, marketing, or product management.
2. Proven track record in driving revenue growth and building relationships in both commercial and clinical settings.
3. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
4. Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
5. Familiarity with project management and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
6. Full driving license and willingness to travel across the UK and Ireland.
Desirable:
1. Medical or clinical background/training.
2. Degree or equivalent qualification in a business, marketing, sales, or science-related subject.
3. Experience with P&L management and strong commercial awareness.
4. Knowledge of contract structures and experience in business development.
