This is an exciting opportunity to join the Housing Services team as a Housing Data Analyst. You will be responsible for the analysis and improvement of business processes in order to improve performance or deliver efficiency savings for the Housing service.
You will be required to analyse large datasets and soft intelligence, to support forward planning of improvement and repair programmes. You will need to ensure the best use of IT systems to support responsive maintenance, and make sure comprehensive and accurate stock data is available.andnbsp;
You must be confident with the use of IT and capable of navigating through MS Office, including Word and Excel and have knowledge and skills in the use of databases. Experience of data and business process improvement (BPI) tools such as process mapping is also important.
You must be an analytical thinker that is able to work under pressure often to tight and conflicting deadlines. You must also have the ability to interpret data, and produce statistical reports.
