Are you customer-focused and have excellent communication skills? We are searching for a Senior Administrator – Student Data, to join our Student Data and Funding team, here at Paignton.
The Student Data team is a busy, customer-focused environment to work in supporting cross college initiatives. You will be supporting wider college teams throughout each stage of the learner journey including systems/process development and curriculum planning and monitoring, through a number of administrative tasks. Your tasks will be achieved through following efficient and effective processes across college to ensure that all data is Audit and ILR compliant, whilst building effective and supportive customer relationships with College staff.
This role with minimal supervision, will maintain and administer the life-cycle of learner records ensuring that all records are maintained accurately and in a timely manner to meet internal and external requirements.
The successful candidate will be an experienced administrator with Level 2 (or equivalent) Maths, English and IT. You must have some previous data entry experience and excellent interpersonal skills.
