Product Knowledge Coordinator We are pleased to announce that we are looking for a Product Knowledge Coordinator within our Contact Centre team Vax. The role is responsible for creating and implementing the product information strategy within the employed structure. You will be responsible for overseeing the management of information within the Contact Centre and externally to our Customers. As the Product Knowledge Co-ordinator you will ensure that the information needs of the organisation are met in a timely, effective and efficient manner. This is a great role where you are responsible for implementing effective methods to maximise productivity within the contact centre team, this is achieved through strong working relationships with peers and key stakeholders within the business. Day to Day The position covers four main areas within the role - New Product launch / Spares creation / Maintenance & Support. Every-day will be different giving variety and challenge in equal measure. You will become a Vax product expert in this position The role covers but is not limited to - Work with other departments when launching a new product to gather the required information, asset packs, soft service, and launch details Creation of fast help guides – gain sign-off from the relevant department Creation and implementation of training slides for launch to the contact centre. Creation of parts, copy and pricing. (Magento and careline) Magento/PDM version control management Management of spares linking to products. Part availability and salesforce management Maintenance of fasthelp guides and training documents including the transfer of top product fasthelps into a flow style. Manage, maintain and develop the Salesforce Knowledge management system so that information and data are up-to-date and accessible to employees. Provide technical and information support to the contact centre Maintenance of customer-facing web portal (imagery, video, user guide) What we need from you The role works with several different key stakeholders and departments therefore communication is one of the key skills that this person will need to be a success. Due to the nature of product launches, time management and the ability to prioritise are a must. The role includes management of various systems and databases therefore good IT skills and the ability to navigate systems is a pre-requisite. This is a great role within a supportive team at Vax.
