We are currently recruiting for a General Manager to work with us at a workplace site in Ware.
We are looking for an experienced General Manager to work with us at a lovely B&I site that is set across two buildings, within walking distance from each other. This site has a coffee shop, staff dining with breakfast and lunch, and vending. We are looking for a General Manager to lead a team of 22.
Location: SG12 0DE
Rate of pay: £45,000 per annum
Working pattern: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 7am to 3.30pm core hours
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a free issues food offer and drive a programme of vending and staff dining.
* Lead an innovative and controlled product range.
* Support the supply of a free issues coffee programme working with an experienced Barista team.
* Develop and sustain strong working relationships with the relevant clients at the individual business.
* Ensure that the client expectations of food and food service are consistently delivered and measured, in line with the CH&CO brand.
* Ensure the site achieves the financial targets agreed with the client in line with the fixed budget parameters.
* Provide effective performance management and appraisals to all Front of House staff in the business and the Head Chef.
* Ensure all staff carry out tasks in accordance with company health, hygiene, quality, and safety standards.
* Effectively communicate with the European Hub of the client's business.
