We have an opportunity for an Assistant Project Manager to join a well established Construction Project Management Consultancy firm in Birmingham, work on a variety of public sector projects and are particularly seeking candidates with construction healthcare project management experience and experience of primary or acute healthcare projects is essential.
What you need to do to be effective in this role:
Your primary role will be to support the team to deliver healthcare projects for NHS Trusts and involves the following key tasks:
* Assisting with the day-to-day delivery of projects
* Building relationships with clients
* Development of project documentation and reporting
* Submitting project information using the client’s format and processes
* Attend, chair and record meetings as appropriate
* Produce reports to suit relevant stages of the projects
* Attend site to view construction progress
In addition to the above you will also be responsible for the following key activities:
* Identifying and developing innovative solutions for clients
* Assisting with leading and managing multidisciplinary design teams
* Assisting with conducting feasibility studies, including site surveys, site investigation, site evaluation, etc
