Role Overview: The Digital Marketing Executive will play a key role in executing our digital marketing strategy, focusing on enhancing our online presence and driving customer engagement. This varied role covers a wide range of responsibilities, including SEO implementation, website management and managing our digital channels. This role is based in Cambridge with an expectation that the successful candidate would spend two days working in the office. This is a full-time role but, we welcome candidates who wish to work on a part-time basis. Responsibilities: Implement and optimise our SEO strategy, including keyword research, on-page and technical SEO, and link-building initiatives to enhance website visibility, organic reach, and engagement. Regularly monitor and analyse SEO performance, making data-driven adjustments. Website Management: Maintain and update our website using WordPress and WooCommerce. Ensure the site is optimised for user experience, performance, and accessibility. Content and Social Media: Develop, manage and optimise engaging content for our digital channels. Email Marketing: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to engage and nurture customer relationships, leveraging data insights to optimise content and timing. Analyse and report: Report on digital channels using tools such as Google Search Console and SEMrush Requirements: Essential Marketing professional with previous experience working with digital channels. Knowledge of technical and on-page SEO principles Familiarity with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console and SEMrush. Interest in social media, including trends and best practice Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Desirable CIM L4 Qualified (or equivalent experience) Experience with email marketing tools (HubSpot or similar) WordPress experience and, ideally, WooCommerce or similar. Basic HTML and CSS knowledge for minor adjustments. Knowledge of web best practices for site speed, mobile responsiveness, and user experience Why Join Us?
