Responsibilities

* Support payment processes
* Investigate and conclude queries
* Be cost effective in contracts and purchases
* Compliance with policies and procedures
* Delivery of customer and support services
* Maintain the financial database and records in a confidential manner.
* Must display the qualities to be able to work in an organisation with minority groups and provide a service to minority groups in communities.
* Requirements:
* NVQ Level 3 or previous experience in Business Administration equivalent
* Previous experience working within an Accounts Payable/Receivable/Purchasing function within a large multi-disciplined organisation.
* Previous successful experience of working within an Accounts Payable/Receivable/Purchasing function
* Must have experience of using computerised financial information systems
* Must have previous experience of analysing data using a variety of applications/methods to provide management information.
* Must have a detailed knowledge HMRC invoicing requirements Standing Orders and Financial Regulations in relation to invoice processing
* Must have practical knowledge of VAT.
* Level 1 Welsh (training will be given). Fluency in Welsh desirable.
