Job description We are looking for experienced Receptionist / Administrators to join our friendly team. Previous experience within a busy GP Practice is essential, along with a good working knowledge of SystmOne clinical system / Accurx, so you are able to hit the ground running, supporting our team and patients. The ideal candidate must be confident, a quick learner, possess excellent communication and organisational skills, have a polite telephone manner along with the ability to deal with sensitive / confidential issues appropriately whilst remaining calm under pressure. Duties to include, but not limited to Booking appointments Answering calls Taking messages Printing prescriptions Generating pathology / xray forms Scanning / opening post Registering new patients Filing Secretarial administration / referrals Admin duties as required Opening & Closing premises in line with shift pattern
