Yarnfield Park is a Conference and Event venue conveniently located in Staffordshire, just minutes from the M6. Set in the quiet village of Yarnfield, the 336-bedroom Hotel has 53 conference, event, and training rooms, with the 2 largest spaces holding 400+ guests. With the launch of ‘CONNEX’, our new conference and training space, we can accommodate over 2000 guests on site per day.
As the Hotel Restaurant and Bar Manager, your role is fundamental to providing outstanding event and conference experiences for our guests. You will oversee aspects of the Food & Beverage department, ensuring high-quality service and guest satisfaction, along with strong team leadership and people management skills.

As our Restaurant and Bar Manager, you will:
1. Supervise, train, and motivate our talented team of waiting staff and bartenders
2. Maintain high standards of quality, presentation, and service
3. Handle guest inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure guest satisfaction
4. Manage inventory, order supplies, and control costs
5. Uphold health and safety standards to ensure a safe dining environment
6. Contribute to financial success through budget management and revenue generation
Who you are:
1. Proven experience in food and beverage management or a related role
2. Exceptional leadership and communication skills
3. Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities
4. A passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences
5. Knowledge of food safety regulations and industry trends
6. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
7. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
