The role: An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Reception Team Lead to join our successful and dedicated team at West Midlands Hospital, based in Halesowen. We are looking for someone who is an experienced, enthusiastic and highly motivated customer focused person to lead the team. You must have the ability to organise and prioritise your own workload whilst working under pressure. Previous experience of leading a team, have excellent communication skills, and be able to demonstrate good leadership skills. As a Team Leader, you will be required to Provide encouragement to team members, including communicating team goals and identifying areas for new training or skill checks Assisting with hiring processes and new team member training Overseeing team member work for quality and guideline compliance Developing strategies to promote team member adherence to company regulations and performance goals Working within the Standard Acute Contract guideline ensuring letters are processed within the timeframes required.
