Roles: Business Development Manager
Location: London (Hybrid working - 2-3 days a week onsite)
Salary: Basic from £40,000- £75,000 p/annum + Commission 100% OTE
CPS Group are working with an award-winning Microsoft Gold Partner Consultancy based in London who are going through a period of growth. They are looking to hire an experienced Business Development Manager either at Mid or Senior level.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of Sales/Business Development within a similar MSP/IT Consultancy, preferably selling Microsoft solutions or within Identity/Access Management solutions.
The Business Development Manager will be accountable for meeting sales, revenue, and gross profit goals. This role requires a proven ability to identify, develop, and secure opportunities with new clients. As an experienced Business Development Manager, you will have a solid background in Business and Digital Transformation, including expertise in Operating Model design, IT service delivery, and IT service management.
Essential Skills & Experience:
1. Experience within a similar Business Development/Sales role, preferably from with MSP/Microsoft Partner
2. Proven track record of hitting new business targets and White Space sales
3. Experience of selling complex IT Services projects
4. Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external Senior Stakeholders
5. High level of communication, interpersonal, negotiating and presentation skills
6. Happy to work in a hybrid office set up - 2-3 days a week in London
