Role Responsibilities
As a Client Manager, you’ll take ownership of client relationships, ensuring excellent service delivery and contributing to the growth of the practice. Your responsibilities will include:
* Managing a varied portfolio of clients, including sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies
* Overseeing accounts preparation, tax compliance, and advisory services
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships, acting as their key point of contact
* Providing strategic advice to clients to support their financial growth and success
* Mentoring and supporting junior team members to enhance their development
* Monitoring workflows to ensure deadlines are met and work is delivered to a high standard
* Identifying opportunities to provide additional services to clients

Candidate Requirements
* ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent, with significant experience in practice
* Proven ability to manage a portfolio of clients and deliver excellent service
* Strong technical knowledge in accounts preparation, tax compliance, and business advisory
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach
* Experience mentoring and supporting junior team members
* Proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple deadlines
* Experience with accounting software such as Xero, Sage, or QuickBooks is advantageous
