Organizes, coordinates, and supervise E&I activities at project site to ensure an effective and efficient project site operation that meets safety, quality, and construction standards. Lead, organize, plan, Mobilization of New Site set-up and coordinate with Project Managers, Site Managers, EHS and control Project site construction activities & Schedule/Progress Assigns work to Project site personnel to attain objectives using knowledge of processes, company policies, site execution schedules, work orders, equipment capacity and employee capabilities. Readily perceives and effectively responds to schedules and site activities flows essential to supervising highly productive, cost-effective, quality-oriented operations. Responsible for resource Planning at Sites, materials management. Customer Interface. Claim Management. Effective project site contractor management. Responsible for implementation of Safety and Quality Management at project sites. Review of EHS Plan, HIRA, Toolbox Talks, UA/ UC & NM. Project Site closure and handover to warranty phase/ Customer as per contract. Responsible for effective site legal compliance, statuary aspects and site EHS. For Supervision sites responsible for Field Services Representatives deployment, technical support for site issues, co-ordination with customer to meet schedules. Qualifications: Diploma /Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Instrumentation engineering with 10 years’ experience in Installation & commissioning of Power plants projects sites. Experience in Steam Turbine & Auxiliaries installation and commissioning is preferable. Hands on experience on Auto-cad, MS Projects. Hands on experience of Erection & commissioning of Control and automation (DCS/PLC) panels. Testing and simulation of electrical and instrument equipment (Governor, Vibration monitoring system, PT, TT) Hands on experience of Erection & commissioning of electrical panels. (Turbine Governors, Relay panels, MCC, Synchronizing panel, Drives, HT and LT panels). Ability to understand and apply project site safety procedures. Ability to learn and understand software and complete transactions pertaining to project sites operations, excellent verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrates ability to supervise diverse work groups in a team environment using effective listening, coaching, training, investigative and problem-solving skills, ability to exercise initiative, sound judgment and effective time management in a fast-paced environment with limited supervision.
