Field-Based Sprinkler Service EngineerWhat You Will DoAs a Field-Based Sprinkler Service Engineer, you will be responsible for servicing fire suppression systems for our valued customers. Your role will involve ensuring a safe and secure workplace, contributing to our Zero Harm environment, and meeting performance-based KPIs, including deficiency and revenue targets.How You Will Do ItTest, maintain, and fault-find on a variety of sprinkler systems—including wet, dry, alternate, pre-action, deluge, and foam systems—as well as hose reels, hydrants, dry risers, and their water supplies.Operate diesel and electric pumpsets.Ensure compliance with LPC/FM standards by completing electronic reports and handover certificates.Provide a first-class customer experience through excellent service, effective problem-solving, and prompt fault resolution.Build strong customer relationships and identify sales opportunities, earning personal rewards for your efforts.What We’re Looking ForEssential:Proven experience in servicing mechanical fire suppression systems.Reliable, trustworthy, and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong communication and relationship-building skills.A full UK driving licence.Preferred:Basic understanding of Fire Indicating PanelsAbility to carry out repair worksBasic computer skills (Word, Excel, PDF) for preparing reportsWhat We ProvideFull uniform and PPEiPad and mobile phoneComprehensive tool kitCompany van and fuel card for work-related travelThis role offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic team, develop your skills, and make a meaningful impact in the fire suppression industry.
