Designer Recruitment are delighted to be working on behalf of a highly reputable Bathroom Showroom, to recruit a Purchase Ledger Assistant, based in Epsom.
Responsibilities:
* Posting invoices and credit notes from suppliers, on to the system for stock and non-stock items.
* Supplier statement reconciliation.
* Being the first point of contact for relevant purchase ledger enquiries.
* Liaising with appropriate departments or suppliers for proof of delivery where required.
* Chasing credits from suppliers where stock has been sent back.
* Daily sales figure reporting for certain departments.
* Office based only.
Requirements:
* Knowledge and experience working in a similar role.
* A good understanding of computerised systems.
* Computer literate with a good working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook.
* Excellent verbal communication skills.
* Organised, methodical and analytical.
This role can be taken on either a full-time or part-time basis, and is paying up to £30,000.
