The role
As an IT Support Specialist, you'll have a role that's out of the ordinary. You will help enhance an existing busy team, bringing continuous professionalism and knowledge to the service provided to our customers.
Day-to-day, you'll provide first and second line support for bespoke and niche systems, including incident management, system commissioning, technical advice, and asset and system management.
Main responsibilities
* Responding to helpdesk queries
* Troubleshooting basic issues
* Guiding users
* Performing system maintenance
* Testing and deployment
This role is full time, 37 hours per week and is based on-site at our Ashchurch, Gloucestershire site.
Essential experience of the IT Support Specialist
* Linux administration
* Virtualisation management (VMware)
* Windows administration
* Proven experience working in 1st and 2nd line support

Security Clearance
The successful candidate must be a sole UK national who is able to achieve and maintain Developed Vetting (DV) security clearance for this role.
