Antac Support Services provide support to the MoD Housing contract, where we are responsible for preparing void properties for families to move in to, as well as maintaining those that are occupied within the Home Counties region. This is a high priority role for the success of our team, as you will be responsible for liaising with the trades and suppliers to ensure that all work is completed within the agreed timeframes and to a high quality standard.
What are we looking for?
We are looking for a highly organised Scheduler/Planner to join us on a full time permanent basis. You will be based within our new office in High Wycombe to provide a high level of customer service and administrative support to the team.
Your responsibilities will include (but not limited to):
* Identify any new properties or changes/cancellations added to the tracker and manage each property through to “move in” status.
* Schedule all works in relation to the Void Move In Standard for direct staff and suppliers using Home Counties Voids Tracker.
* Liaise with additional suppliers to organise specialist repairs.
* Ensure the client has received all relevant required property certifications in advance of the property being handed over.
* Manage workflow for CRM system for billing and ensuring all property documentation is captured and stored correctly.
* Work in collaboration with the Commercial Team to ensure work is being progressed through CRM correctly and on time.
* Raise Purchase Orders for suppliers carrying out works on the Home Counties Void Properties.
* Attend and manage daily client calls with updates on the progression of works.
* Build and maintain relationships with direct operatives, suppliers and clients.
* Support Home Counties Area Manager with progression of works.
* Report monthly stats to the Home Counties Area Manager.
Experience Required:
* You must have experience in scheduling work (ideally in a maintenance environment) within agreed timeframes.
* Be highly self-motivated with a passion to succeed.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Confident in using system-based work including strong Microsoft 365 package skills.
* Able to identify opportunities for advancing the organisation’s mission while maintaining an awareness of the business areas and associated risk.
