If you are passionate about property, thrive in a dynamic environment, and are looking to grow within a forward-thinking company, this is the perfect opportunity for you The Role As a Lettings Negotiator, you will be the main point of contact between landlords, tenants, and property management, ensuring smooth and efficient lettings transactions. From property listings to tenant move-ins, your role will be key in maintaining our high standards of service. Key Responsibilities: Viewings & Lettings Coordination: Arrange and conduct property viewings, ensuring a seamless experience for potential tenants. Landlord & Tenant Relations: Provide regular updates to landlords, handle feedback, and manage tenant applications. New Business & Lead Generation: Proactively seek new lettings opportunities and build strong relationships with landlords. Property Listings & Marketing: Work closely with our in-house marketing team to create high-quality property listings, including photography and floor plans. Compliance & Tenant Referencing: Ensure properties meet legal requirements and conduct thorough tenant referencing checks. Valuations & Market Appraisals: Conduct lettings valuations, advise landlords on pricing strategies, and manage the post-valuation process. Tenancy Setup & Move-Ins: Oversee tenancy agreements, property compliance, and the key handover process for a smooth move-in experience. General Office Administration: Maintain an up-to-date applicant database, handle property inquiries, and assist in day-to-day lettings operations. The Ideal Candidate: We are looking for a highly motivated individual who can deliver results while maintaining excellent client relationships. The ideal candidate will have: ? Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)? A proactive and target-driven mindset ? Ability to work independently and as part of a team ? Previous experience in lettings & valuations (minimum 2 years preferred)? A high level of service, professionalism, and attention to detail ? A full UK driving licence & own car (mileage allowance provided)?
