Come and join us The F&B Supervisor will assist the Restaurant & Bar Manager in the efficient running of the Restaurant and Bar to continually excel in the areas of budgetary control and guest satisfaction. The successful candidate will provide service of the highest standard, supervise all members of staff and maintain a happy and focused Restaurant & Bar team. Essential Functions Attend weekly operations meetings and daily briefs to all relevant information Handle any issues that may arise to minimise guest complaints Upsell at every opportunity to maximise profitability take responsibility for security and safe handling of all equipment used within the department coach, guide and train all team members to successfully contribute to the team objectives and maintain service standards support all team members within the F&B team by listening to any issues or grievances Oversee the smooth running of the restaurant & bar before, during and after service periods and allocate daily jobs as required Have a sound working knowledge of the menu and wine list to assist the guest in their choice from the menu. Be aware of financial targets and ensure that all costs are controlled to a minimum.
