The Role:
My mainstream secondary school client based in the City of Oxford is actively seeking an enthusiastic and versatile Design & Technology Teacher to join their team from September 2025 on a full-time permanent basis. To be successful, you will need excellent organizational skills and the versatility to plan and mark DT lessons across the specialisms at key stages 3 to 5. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced teachers to join an established and highly regarded school as well as a chance for ECTs to capitalize on the school’s ECT programme.
The School:
This school offers a welcoming and dedicated Design & Technology department, with a wealth of experience offered by its staff to help support new staff and build their experience outside of their specialisms. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced DT teachers of any specialism who are seeking a change in environment as well as new teachers looking to build their experience alongside a supportive department. This position pays a salary across the main and upper pay scales depending on the successful DT Teacher’s experience £31,650 - £49,084 per annum, with a TLR available for taking on departmental leadership responsibilities.
