Youll manage our service which house's young people leaving care and experiencing homelessness.Youll based at our Young Peoples service in Weston Super Mare.
As this is a 24-hour youngpeoples service Ofsted registered service (accommodating 8 young people), an understanding of the new regulations would be helpful but training can be given. A passion for working with children leaving care and understanding their needs is desirable.
Typical day as a Client Service Manager
1. Leading our team of support workers and coordinators, youll help us deliver our person centred, efficient, quality housing support services to our customers aligned to our contracts
2. Youll coach your team and manage individual and team performance
3. Youll be a Safeguarding lead for the team, and oversee the health and safety checks and risk assessments are completed and recorded
