Location: Reading/Basingstoke
Package: £43,430-£68,650 dependant on skills and experience

Key Accountabilities:
* Represent AWE for all matters regarding NWRM control.
* Maintain and promote high personal standards in environment, safety, health, security and quality and be a great team player.
* Operational control of inventory in accordance with authorised MoD publication.
* Operational control of warehouse.
* Monitoring of warehouse expense recommending methods of reducing holdings and reducing the cost of operations.
* Recruiting key warehouse, inventory and specialist Logistics project staff.
* Develop and lead a high performing operations team.
* Representing the company at Logistics meetings nationally and internationally as required.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintenance of high standards relating to the physical condition of warehousing including MHE and stored products.
* Accurate operational inventory transactions are maintained through correct training and allocation of staff.
* Implementation of new processes which increase efficiencies and reduce costs.
* Frequent liaison with the inventory senior for auditing and reporting.
* Material is stored in accordance with the technical data sheets.
* Planning future capacity requirements in order to protect material critical to programme.
* Reporting and presenting at Mid Leader Level.
* Attendance at key meetings supporting Estate Operations.
* Proactively communicates to internal contacts regarding warehousing processes which impact customers and transportation.
* The Company may require you to fulfil any other reasonable duties aligned to your position from time to time in line with business needs.
* Contributing to the long-term strategic requirements for storage of non fissile material.
Candidates must be willing to obtain and maintain the necessary security clearance for the role and be willing and able to work in designated areas.
