The Clinical lead will join the existing CMHT Leadership Team to contribute to the further development of the CMHT service alongside the ongoing work of the Community Mental Health Transformation. The team consists of registered and unregistered clinicians and administrative staff, for whom you will provide day to day support. The role will involve using your advanced clinical and leadership skills to provide clinical support and advice to the MDT, working with complex cases and providing specialist supervision to colleagues within the team. You will work closely with your peers across the community mental health provision, to identify challenges and ways to address them. You will be responsible for supporting the development of clinical pathways and ensuring high quality of care through the use of appropriate audit and review of patient feedback. You will take a lead in investigations and complaints and seek to bring them to a close in a compassionate and patient centred way using trauma informed approaches with both staff and patients. An NMP qualification or be willing to undertake this is desirable.
