The Role
As a BMS Service and Small Projects Engineer, you will:
* Deliver technical analysis and manage all BEMS and on-site control systems, ensuring maximum performance and efficiency.
* Provide accurate fault diagnosis within agreed timeframes, minimising disruptions and downtime.
* Collaborate with client engineering teams to create effective remedial responses to failures, optimising environments for comfort, sustainability, and efficiency.
* Manage small projects, including system upgrades, integrations, and retrofits, delivering solutions tailored to each client’s specific needs.
* Play a pivotal role in enhancing operational performance while contributing to the evolution of smart, sustainable buildings.
The Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate will have:
* In-depth knowledge of building control systems, especially Siemens, Trend, Tridium, and/or Distech platforms.
* Experience as a BMS Engineer or Electrician, with a desire to develop technical expertise and advance their career in the industry.
* A proactive approach to delivering commercial benefits and long-term value for customers.
* A full UK driving licence due to the nature of the role.
