About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for you to join us in our ongoing development of a model of Trafford Family Help. As part of our developing Integrated Family Hub offer we are committed to delivering the right support at the right time, and in the most effective way for children and families through a whole family approach to assessment, planning and delivery of evidence based programmes.
About you
You will bring experience of working with children and families through an early help approach. You will have skills in identifying and assessing the needs of children, young people & families, planning, coordinating and leading support and intervention as a key worker. You will also have experience of delivering and facilitating groupwork sessions, across diverse communities and a commitment to ensuring that children, young people and families achieve the best possible life outcomes.
