Are you looking for a broad and varied HR role where you can make a real impact? As People & Culture Coordinator, you’ll be a key part of our UK People & Culture team where you will be working across multiple HR processes and contributing to a positive, engaging workplace culture. You'll be involved in every stage of the employee journey while also taking ownership of office coordination and workplace wellbeing.

About the Role:
As People & Culture Coordinator, you’ll take on a broad and varied role covering the full employee lifecycle – from onboarding and payroll to recruitment, benefits, HR systems and employee wellbeing. You’ll also support contract changes, absence tracking, pension administration and policy updates. In parallel, you’ll play a key role in ensuring a well-functioning and engaging workplace, acting as the main point of contact for office operations, facility management and health & safety at our Chatham office.
Key responsibilities:
* Managing onboarding, offboarding and contract changes.
* Maintaining employee data and supporting monthly payroll and reporting.
* Coordinating recruitment activities and supporting employee benefits and wellbeing.
* Administering absence tracking, pension processes and HR documentation.
* Maintaining HR systems (e.g. SAP, PeopleHR, Royal London, Simployer).
* Acting as main contact for office operations, facilities and supplier coordination.
* Overseeing health & safety routines, inspections and workplace compliance.
Requirements:
* CIPD Foundation Certificate in People Practice (Level 3) or equivalent experience
* Fluent in writing and speaking English
* Good knowledge of UK Employment Law
* Administrative, organisational and time management skills
* Experience working with MS Office
* Knowledge of SAP desirable
* Payroll processing experience is an advantage
