Are you ready to inspire the engineers of tomorrow? DNCG are looking to recruit lecturers in Electrical Installation to join our dynamic team.
What we're looking for:
* Level 3 in Electrical Installation
* Experience working as an electrician
* 18th Edition is desirable
* Maths & English GCSE's (C/Level 4 and above)
* A maintained subject knowledge on industry developments, and links with the sector.
* A commitment to fostering an inclusive learning and working environment.
What you'll be doing:
* Delivering a high-quality teaching and learning experience to a cohort of engineering students.
* Implementing new technologies into programmes of study.
* Building relationships both across group and externally with industry partners to further enhance the teaching experience, and encourage progression into industry.
* Integrating functional skills into lessons.
* Managing student behaviour and maintaining a positive learning environment.
We are looking to diversify the experience of our DNCG teaching associates; we value both industry and academic experience. Making the transition from industry to education is a seamless transition and something that we can support you with. We offer a Let's Teach programme, Trade to Teach, and mentor support with a reduced timetable.
