What You’ll Be Doing: Develop and execute a digital and technology strategy that supports business goals and future growth. Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, offering insights on emerging technology trends and opportunities. Demonstrate an understanding of customer portfolios and how to drive digital interventions. Lead a talented and diverse D&T team, fostering creativity, collaboration, and a strong sense of accountability. Oversee IT systems, infrastructure, and applications to ensure security, reliability, and scalability. Build governance frameworks to manage compliance, data privacy, and cybersecurity effectively. Drive digital innovation, implementing tools like automation, AI, and analytics to enhance decision-making. Navigate cultural dynamics, collaborating with stakeholders across relaxed and corporate environments. Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate technology into marketing, operations, and sales processes. Balance and manage the needs of diverse stakeholders, resolving conflicts and aligning priorities to meet business objectives. Communicate technical concepts in a clear, engaging way to non-technical audiences. Contribute to company-wide activities and foster a positive team culture. What You’ll Bring: Significant experience in technology leadership roles, balancing strategic and operational responsibilities. Experience in solutions architecture is required, and an understanding of a transformational landscape. Providing a demonstration of strategically driving digital technology and developing solutions architecture - not just executing from a global approach. A proven ability to manage diverse stakeholder relationships across creative and corporate settings. Expertise in IT operations, cloud computing, software development, and cybersecurity. A strategic thinker who can align technology initiatives with wider business objectives. Strong leadership skills, promoting innovation, accountability, and inclusion within your team. Exceptional multitasking and project management capabilities. A collaborative mindset, with a willingness to contribute to team activities and company culture. Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP), IT governance (e.g., ITIL), or cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) are a bonus.
