Managing and develop the Security team in all areas of Security and maintain close working relationship with our clients, tenants and Residents. Information: Position: Security Supervisor Location: London (EC4M) Pay Rate: £15.00 per hour Hours: 60 hours per week Shifts: Monday - Friday (Days) Job Requirements: SIA Door Supervisor Licence required CCTV Licence required and knowledge of CCTV and access control systems. 2 years Team Leader / Supervisor / Manager experience in the corporate sector is required Ability to organise and motivate, to guarantee optimum performance of the wider security team Willingness to learn and work with a team Excellent communication both written & verbal Excellent levels of customer service at all times Reliable, Responsible and Punctual To have a smart appearance befitting the company Good Computer literate in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint Excellent Key Management and equipment compliance. Be calm under pressure - Have the presence of mind be able to defuse difficult situations Able to deal with incidents in a productive manner and write incident reports. First Aid, Fire-warden, Banksman & Project Argus qualifications are desirable Experience of security procedures, physical security requirements, corporate policies. Job Role: To be responsible for the deployment of the security team to ensure that a satisfactory security presence is maintained on site at all times as required by the Client Representative(s). To ensure that all security personnel adhere to their duties and policies and procedures of the site at all times and report any breach of these immediately to the Duty Manager or the Contract Manager. To ensure that discipline is maintained on shift at all times including the wearing of full uniform and punctuality of officers. To ensure the Handover is checked at the beginning of the shift to ensure all vital details are carried out before their time. To ensure the highest standards of customer care are maintained all times when dealing with staff, students and visitors to the site. Proactively monitor and maintain staff discipline, standards and conduct. To keep a proactive outlook and regular patrol all aspects of the site/s Oversee that the contracts officers are all performing to the required standards and take appropriate actions to remedy any shortfalls. Monitor that patrols are being adequately completed and to the expected frequency. Liaise regularly with CIS Managers and senior Supervisors ensuring that they are kept updated on all important aspects. Regularly audit site equipment & ensure that site paperwork is correctly maintained. Ensure correct deployment of staff. Carry out any reasonable requests made by CIS management.
