About the role:
One of our brilliant clients has a new fantastic opportunity available for a Care Support Worker to join the expanding team of care professionals at an amazing home in Louth. This lovely client believes residents should be given the freedom to choose how they live their lives wherever possible and are looking for the right person to help them. This client is an organisation who provides a range of care services to older people and people with learning difficulties both within residential and nursing homes and within the community. The home provides a home for life within its specialist dementia, nursing and residential care communities. All bedrooms are spacious, boasting their own en-suite with wet room and each room is furnished to a high standard. Residents and their families are invited to personalise their rooms, creating their own unique environment, reflecting the individuality of the occupier.
Shift Pattern and Rota:
We have an amazing client who is currently looking for a permanent, full-time (33 hours) Care support worker. within this role you will be working a shift pattern and every other weekend.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide direct care and support
• Act as a Key Worker
• Providing exceptional care for the individualis
• Support the services users to maintain their independence by assisting with everyday tasks and activities
• Full training is provided so if you are new to the care sector you will have help starting your journey with confidence.
• You will involve residents, and were appropriate their families, in the development of individual care plans, tailored to the needs of each particular resident.

This role is a full time role, with a permanent, full time Contract of Employment, any candidate who applies, must be able to work the hours, and shift pattern listed above.
