About the Role
Our client, a leading provider of building maintenance and retrofit services to social housing providers and local authorities, is looking for a commercially driven and strategic Commercial Manager to join their growing team in Crawley.
This is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in driving business growth, shaping commercial strategy, and leading contract and pricing negotiations. You’ll be joining an ambitious organisation with a strong regional presence and plans for national expansion.
What You’ll Be Doing

Developing and executing commercial strategies to support business growth

Identifying new business opportunities and building strong client relationships

Managing pricing models, budgets, and profit margins
*
Leading contract negotiations and ensuring compliance and risk mitigation
*
Collaborating with internal teams to align operations with commercial goals

Coaching and developing the commercial team
What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in a senior commercial or business management role

Strong financial acumen with P&L management experience
*
Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills
*
Experience in the social housing or building services sector (preferred)
*
Strategic thinker with hands-on leadership skills
