Our client, a well-known FM Maintenance Contractor, is looking for an Account Manager to oversee a recently mobilised (national) contract.
In this role, you will oversee the smooth operational delivery of the contract strategy and the associated SLAs and KPIs in accordance with the budgets and commercials. Conducting regular reviews and actions to ensure the service delivery meets business requirements.
You will also ensure statutory compliance across the assets and portfolio, mitigating any risks. As Account Manager, you will create and maintain a capability able to successfully deliver capital projects.
The Account Manager is also responsible for maintaining and developing positive and collaborative relationships with the client, senior stakeholders, and external suppliers.
