Job Description: Hard Services Supervisor Cromwell Hospital, Kensington London SW5 0TU Permanent, Fulltime 37.5 hours per week Salary up to £59k dependant on experience. Permanent The Role Cromwell Hospital is a leading private hospital in London, renowned for providing exceptional healthcare services. We are committed to delivering the highest standards of patient care and are looking for a dedicated Hard Services Supervisor to join our Facilities Management team. As a Hard Services Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of the hospital’s infrastructure, ensuring a safe and efficient environment for patients, staff, and visitors. You will lead a team of skilled technicians and work closely with other departments to ensure all hard services are delivered to the highest standards. What You’ll Do Supervise and coordinate the activities of the maintenance team. Ensure all maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard. Conduct regular inspections of the hospital’s facilities and equipment. Manage and prioritize maintenance requests and work orders. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Liaise with contractors and external service providers. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment. Assist in the development and implementation of maintenance policies and procedures. What You’ll Bring Proven experience in a supervisory role within facilities management, preferably in a healthcare setting. Strong knowledge of BMS Excellent leadership and team management skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Relevant technical qualifications or certifications are desirable. Why Bupa?
