Job Summary:
As a Customer Service Advisor, your primary role is to deliver an exceptional experience to all customers and promote our complete range of products and services. You will ensure customer needs are managed in a timely and professional manner by being highly organised and knowledgeable about our products, processes, and systems. Your positive and helpful attitude, combined with your experience, will help you exceed customer expectations when answering questions, processing orders, and providing solutions to customer enquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Answering inbound customer calls
2. Making outbound calls to lapsed and active customers
3. Accurately processing orders
4. Providing prices and stock availability
5. Identifying the best-suited product for the customer
6. Problem-solving
7. Building strong relationships and identifying opportunities
8. Recognising upselling opportunities
9. Advising on lead-time for back-ordered items
10. Providing updates on order status
11. Managing orders and quotations
12. Following up on provided quotations
13. Updating the company CRM
14. Serving at the Trade counter
