Job Title: PTP Training Workstream Lead (Contract)
Location: Glasgow (Fully Remote)
Contract Length: 9 months (until end of November 2025)
Rate: Up to £619 per day (Inside IR35)
Overview:
We are seeking a skilled PTP Training Workstream Lead to take full ownership of the training strategy and delivery plan for a large-scale, transformative change project. The role will be pivotal in designing and delivering customized training content across multiple programme releases. As the lead, you will be responsible for managing the overall training stream, ensuring effective stakeholder engagement, and executing the training strategy to prepare the business for a new PTP (Payments) solution.
Key Responsibilities:
* Training Strategy & Delivery Planning: Develop and maintain a detailed training plan aligned with the PTP Release schedule. Oversee the execution of the training strategy to ensure a successful roll-out across multiple phases of the programme.
* Customised Training Solutions: Lead the design, development, and deployment of blended learning solutions and training materials tailored to the needs of the programme.
* Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with PTP Workstream Leads, SMEs, Designers, and other stakeholders to define training requirements and ensure business reviews and sign-offs are completed.
* Cross-Functional Engagement: Collaborate with other PTP workstreams to understand impacts on stakeholder groups and roles. Ensure training meets business and technical requirements.
* Readiness Assessment: Assess and evaluate the readiness of stakeholders to move to the new PTP solutions. Proactively identify potential challenges and address them through targeted training solutions.
* Quality Assurance: Monitor and assess the quality of the overall training delivery to ensure it meets program objectives and enhances stakeholder performance.
* Lead Training Sessions: Lead or participate in training sessions as needed to ensure successful completion and roll-out of deliverables.
Required Experience:
* Proven experience leading training workstreams for large, transformative change projects, particularly in the Payments and/or Financial Services sectors.
* Familiarity with training technology solutions, including blended learning approaches.
* Demonstrated ability to take full accountability for the successful delivery of a training stream, including developing and executing training plans and materials.
