Hybrid roles and responsibilities Role Scope: * POS Execution and Strategic Planning: Lead the execution of point-of-sale initiatives for the current year and strategically plan for the next. Your vision and execution will ensure that every POS solution is impactful and aligned to brand and commercial plans * Comprehensive Brand and Channel Coverage: Manage POS execution across all brands for specific customers and channels, ensuring that every touchpoint is optimized to meet the unique needs of each retail environment and is within brand guidelines. * Innovative NPD Launches and Retailer Initiatives: Drive the success of new product development (NPD) launches and differentiated retailer initiatives. Your executions will be integrated with retailer promotional plans, ensuring maximum visibility and engagement. * Internal and External Collaboration: This role requires both internal and external engagement. Building and maintaining strong relationships with external agencies is key, leveraging their expertise to enhance your projects and deliver exceptional results. * Key Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with a diverse group of key stakeholders, including Customer Marketing Managers, Shopper Strategy Managers, Brand Teams, Customer Development Teams, Supply Chain, Medical and Regulation Teams, and External Agencies. Your ability to align and collaborate with these teams will be crucial in driving the success of every project Key Responsibilities * Deliver Exceptional POS Projects: Lead the execution of all Feature & Display POS projects for your allocated customers across all brands. Collaborate with external agencies to ensure that high-quality briefs are provided promptly, driving the creation of impactful and innovative solutions. * Meet All Deadlines: Ensure that all retailer and internal team deadlines are met, guaranteeing timely and efficient production and delivery of POS materials. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will keep projects on track. * Adhere to Style Guides: Partner closely with Shopper Strategy Managers to ensure that all POS materials align with the style guides set for each initiative, maintaining brand consistency and integrity. * Innovative and Cost-Effective Solutions: Offer expert recommendations on materials, structure, and print processes to create disruptive and engaging POS solutions while staying within budget. Your creative problem-solving skills will set you apart. * Clear Communication on Lead Times: Provide clear and concise guidance to your team and customer development on the lead times required to meet retailer commitments. Your transparency will foster trust and reliability. * Ensure Regulatory Compliance: Adhere to all regulation approval processes, ensuring that every project meets the highest standards of compliance and quality. * Superior Briefs and Strong Relationships * Budget Management how to succeed Experience required: * 2 Years of POS Production Experience: Proven track record of collaborating with leading UK retailers, with a particular focus on High Street and grocery sectors. * Expertise in POS Structures and Production Processes: A deep understanding of the intricate details of POS structures, from design to final production. * Agency or FMCG/Healthcare Company Experience: A background in a fast-paced agency or FMCG/Healthcare company, where you’ve thrived in a dynamic environment. * Collaborative Partnership with External Agencies and Suppliers: * Exceptional Stakeholder Management: Adept at managing and engaging stakeholders, both internally and externally. * Innovation, Creativity, and Project Management Desired Qualifications * Education to degree level. * Knowledge of retail media within the UK market. * Experience working with Medical Affairs (PAGB), and Regulatory teams preferred. benefits This role offers a very competitive hourly rate.
