Job Description
Midlands based construction management contractor is looking for a freelance Site Manager to oversee the construction management for a new Aldi store. The project is a 20-week programme that will initially involve the strip out of an existing shop unit back to an empty shell for a full refurbishment/fit-out of a new store.
Responsibilities
1. Coordination and logistics of material deliveries due to the location of the project.
2. Supervision and management of all appointed subcontractors including Health & Safety, RAMS, site inductions, etc.
3. Holding and chairing all client and subcontractor meetings to ensure deadlines are achieved on programme.
4. Out of hours working may be required to obtain access for material deliveries.
Requirements
CSCS Black Card, SMSTS, and First Aid certificates are mandatory requirements; without all of these, no applications will be considered.
