Receptionist/Sales Administrator - role will include assisting with sales process and general administrating/reception duties.
Responsibilities:
* Review and manage dispatched sales paperwork and margin on customer invoices.
* Issuing packaging invoices to customers.
* Maintaining all dispatch paperwork.
* Handle calls from customers giving advice on stock availability, prices, and delivery.
* Sales order processing and liaison with sales reps, stock controller, and warehouse staff.
* Dealing with telephone enquiries when required.
Ideal Candidate:
* Sage 50 experience – at least 1 year of practical on-the-job experience.
* Excellent telephone manner with strong phone presence.
* Experience working with computer/sales systems and specifically accounts software - at least 1 year of practical on-the-job experience.
* Excellent communicator, both oral and written.
* Strong attention to accuracy and detail, working methodically.
* Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* You must have excellent IT user skills with good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel.
