Looking for a varied administrative role?
We're looking for a pro-active, detail orientated Administrator who will be responsible for all front of house and administrative tasks in a small, friendly team.
Social media and experience of maintaining or updating websites would be useful too!
Duties include:
Welcoming visitors to the office
Answering and transferring incoming calls
Administrative tasks to support the team
Maintaining and updating the companies website
Posting on social media
Updating of spreadsheets
Processing invoices using Sage (training provided)
Ensuring relevant paperwork is ready for collection
Data entryWe're looking for someone with good customer service and administrative experience, along with knowledge of MS Office including Word, Excel and Outlook.
It's a great opportunity to expand your skills in these areas, as well as social media, marketing and websites.
With new ideas welcome, there's definitely scope to make this role your own!

Hours:
Monday-Friday (or 4 days per week considered) with some flexibility over start and finish times to suit.
