Business Change Project Manager with proven experience who leads teams to deliver high quality projects on budget and within a specified timeframe. The opportunity: We are seeking an experienced and driven Business Change Project Manager to join our dynamic Change & Enablement team. This role will be instrumental in driving the successful adoption of cutting-edge AI tooling across a complex, multi-national business environment. You will be responsible for all aspects of project management, from planning and execution to stakeholder engagement and change implementation. What youll be doing: Project Management: Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and risk mitigation strategies. Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, ensuring clear communication, accountability, and timely delivery of milestones. Proactively identify and resolve project roadblocks and dependencies, escalating issues as needed. Implement robust project management methodologies and best practices, adhering to organizational standards. Governance & Reporting: Establish and maintain effective project governance structures, ensuring alignment with organizational policies and procedures. Develop and deliver regular project status reports to key stakeholders, including senior management, highlighting progress, risks, and mitigation plans. Track and manage project budgets, providing accurate financial reporting and forecasting. Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across all levels of the organization, including senior leadership. Conduct effective stakeholder analysis to identify needs, concerns, and potential resistance to change. Develop and implement targeted communication and engagement plans to ensure stakeholder buy-in and support throughout the project lifecycle. Change Implementation: Input & manage the design and delivery of comprehensive change management strategies, addressing people, process, and technology impacts. Provide support in the scheduling and management of training delivery at scale as well as working with team to define and manage on-going support process for team to ensure value of new technology is maximised Run Meetings: Plan, organize, and facilitate effective project meetings, workshops, and training sessions. Ensure clear meeting objectives, agendas, and outcomes, fostering collaboration and decision-making. What we want from you: Project Management: Proven track record of successfully managing complex, large-scale projects within budget and timeline constraints. Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and best practices. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana). Change Management: Experience in designing and implementing effective change management strategies within large, complex organizations. Strong understanding of change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci ADKAR model) and their practical application. Communication & Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to diverse audiences. Proven ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including senior management. Strong influencing and negotiation skills, with the ability to gain buy-in and support for change initiatives. AI Tooling & Technology: A strong interest in and understanding of AI technologies and their potential business applications. Experience with implementing technology-driven change initiatives at scale is highly desirable. Other: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a focus on technology implementation and change management. Experience working in a multi-national organization is highly desirable.
