We are delighted to announce we are growing and have an opening for a Part-Time Administrator within the Vehicle Services Admin Team. This is a great opportunity for those looking to further their career working in a fun and friendly environment.
As a part of the Administration Team within Vehicle Services, there are a variety of tasks supporting different areas of the business across the UK and Ireland, that will keep you busy! Our fast-paced department involves working independently and within the team to complete daily tasks and deadlines. The successful candidates will be working closely with Remarketing, Fleet Strategy, Accounts Payable, and will have fantastic exposure to European Head Quarters.
As a team we are responsible for processing all vehicle administration duties; RFL Taxing, Transport Invoicing, handling of spare keys and V5’s and much more. We are looking for exceptional levels of accuracy, attention to detail and productivity in this administrative opportunity.
Responsibilities
1. Data entry and filing
2. Use of computer software to manage aspects of inventory
3. Reviewing Teams email in-boxes and answering basic queries
4. Creation and completion of sales invoicing
5. Completing Transportation invoicing
Qualifications
6. Extremely organized and efficient
7. A high level of attention to detail and ability to problem solve
8. Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment
9. Focused on providing excellent customer service
10. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Access, and Word
11. Ability to communicate effectively via telephone, email, and other mediums
Location: Victoria Road, Aldershot, Hampshire, GU11 1EJ
Salary: £15,313
Hours: Monday - Friday, 5 hours per day, 25 hours per week
