We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Care Manager to oversee the delivery of high-quality care services within our domiciliary care setting. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of domiciliary care operations, including the development and implementation of care plans. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our clients receive exceptional support tailored to their individual needs, particularly those requiring dementia care and medication administration.
Duties

* Lead and manage the domiciliary care team, providing supervision and support to ensure high standards of care delivery.
* Develop, implement, and review personalised care plans in collaboration with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organisational policies related to care services.
* Conduct regular assessments of client needs and adjust care plans accordingly.
* Oversee medication administration processes, ensuring adherence to best practices for safety and efficacy.
* Foster a positive working environment that encourages teamwork, professional development, and effective communication among staff.
* Maintain accurate records of service delivery, incidents, and staff performance in accordance with company protocols.
* Engage with clients and their families to gather feedback on services provided and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
* A recognised management qualification in health and social care. A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or equivalent) or willingness to work towards it.
* Proven experience as a Registered Manager in a domiciliary care setting.
* Strong knowledge of the regulatory framework and standards in health and social care.
* Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
* A commitment to delivering high-quality care and improving service outcomes.
* Familiarity with developing care plans tailored to individual client needs.
* Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively liaise with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
* A commitment to continuous professional development and staying updated on best practices in domiciliary care.

Pay: £39,500.00-£42,000.00 per year
