Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Conferences and Events Coordinator to join our enthusiastic team to support the growth of our business.
Responsibilities
* SUPPORT THE CONFERENCE TEAM IN COORDINATING EVENTS, FROM INITIAL ENQUIRIES TO FINAL EXECUTION
* ENSURE ALL EVENT DETAILS ARE ACCURATE AND UP-TO-DATE, INCLUDING TIMINGS, DATES, AND ROOM ASSIGNMENTS
* MANAGE CONTACT WITH VENUE PROVIDERS, CATERING TEAMS, AND OTHER STAKEHOLDERS AS REQUIRED
* DEVELOP AND MAINTAIN STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS, PROVIDERS, AND COLLEAGUES
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION OR A RELEVANT FIELD OF STUDY
* EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION, ORGANISATIONAL, AND TIME MANAGEMENT SKILLS
* A PROVEN TRACK RECORD OF SUCCESSFUL EVENT COORDINATION IN A SIMILAR ROLE
* Familiarity with conference and event management software
