An established and growing MSP is seeking an experienced L2/L3 IT Support Engineer to provide expert technical support and solutions for external customers. This role is perfect for a customer-focused IT professional who enjoys solving complex technical issues. Key Responsibilities Provide 2nd & 3rd line IT support, including troubleshooting, system monitoring, and maintenance. Deliver on-site and remote support to customers. Manage Windows Server (2012/16/19), Windows 11, Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, VPNs, SharePoint, and Office 365. Handle networking, IT security, backup solutions, and malware filtering. Design, evaluate, and implement IT solutions for customers. Requirements At least three years of IT support experience (MSP experience essential). Strong technical expertise in Microsoft environments and networking. Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills. Full UK drivers license (on-site support required).
