Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients, focusing on building a strong pipeline of leads through cold calling, networking, and targeted outreach. Focus on generating high-quality leads that align with our target market. Cold Calling: Actively reach out to new prospects, including recruitment agencies, HR teams, and corporate decision-makers, to introduce and sell our AI-powered recruitment platform. Relationship Building: Establish strong, long-term relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders to understand their hiring needs and demonstrate the value of our AI solutions. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies to engage prospects, nurture relationships, and drive sales. Product Presentations & Demos: Schedule and conduct product demos for qualified leads, effectively presenting our AI recruitment platform to potential clients and highlighting its value in streamlining their recruitment processes. Negotiation & Closing: Take ownership of the sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a smooth and successful transition for new clients. CRM Management: Maintain detailed records of all lead generation activities, client interactions, and sales progress within the CRM system to ensure effective follow-up and strategic planning. Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation and sales targets, contributing directly to company growth and revenue. Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in lead generation, cold calling, and business development, particularly in B2B sales. A strong track record of generating leads and closing deals through cold outreach and relationship building. Excellent communication and persuasion skills, with the ability to engage prospects and explain complex AI-driven solutions clearly and effectively. Self-driven, goal-oriented, and motivated by performance-based rewards and high commissions. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment, where meeting and exceeding targets is key to success. Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) to track leads and manage sales processes. Knowledge of AI technology, recruitment solutions, or HR software is a plus. Ability to negotiate and close deals effectively while building lasting relationships. Education & Experience: 3 years of experience in lead generation, business development, or sales, with a strong focus on cold calling and B2B sales. Familiarity with AI technologies, recruitment platforms, or SaaS solutions is a plus but not required.
