Key Responsibilities:
1. Plan and deliver fun and educational activities in line with the EYFS framework.
2. Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care.
3. Observe, assess, and document children's development.
4. Maintain strong relationships with parents, providing regular updates on progress.
5. Work collaboratively with the nursery team to promote the best outcomes for every child.
Requirements:
6. Level 3 Early Years qualification or equivalent.
7. Comprehensive understanding of the EYFS framework.
8. Experience in a nursery or early years setting.
9. Excellent communication and organisational skills.
